Stir Fried Wakame With Mushroom

If you like wakame and mushroom and would like to combine both for your next meal adventure this might be worth trying. You can take many mushroom that you like, strip it, soak the wakame in water for 5-8 minutes, strain and dry.

Heat oil (sesame oil) in pan on high flame, cook your mushroom both side and add wakame , stir, saute well and seasonings (black pepper, soya sauce | salt), mix well, taste and adjust seasoning to your taste and transfer your wakame & mushroom stir fry and garnish with roasted white sesame seeds.

Ingredients

  1. Cooking Oil (Sesame Oil)
  2. Seasonings (salt or soya sauce, pepper)
  3. Mushroom strips
  4. Wakame Cut
  5. Water to soak wakame
  6. Roasted White Sesame Seeds

Utencils

  1. Stir Fry Pan and chop-sticks
  2. Bowl to soak wakame
  3. Strainer to strain wakame

Methods

  1. Strip/Slice mushroom
  2. Soak wakame in water for 5-7 minutes
  3. Heat Pan on high flame
  4. Add cooking oil to pan
  5. Cook mushroom both sides
  6. Add strained wakame
  7. Saute/Stir well
  8. Add Seasonings (Salt or soya sauce and black pepper)
  9. Transfer to place
  10. Garnish with roasted white sesame seeds
