Nori Sheet

Nori sheets are used to wrap the sushi rice and sushi fillings. It looks dark brown and taste umami and has a lot of natural minerals and vitamins to offer for our body. It is a vegan seaweed also called alga and sea-vegetable.

Sushi Rice

Sushi rice is also called sticky rice, it originates from Japan and other neighbouring Asian countries. Recently, I found that sticky rice is exported from Italy as well, which is a substitute to the sushi rice and but not recommended. 

Sushi Vinegar
