Recently I purchased Jamaican sea moss from Amazon, While on YouTube I found that people are making sea moss juice, I had already tried sea moss gel, sea moss smoothie and sea moss shakes, and sea moss drink but this time I’m going to try sea moss juice I will be sharing my sea moss recipes and also will be talking about health benefits of Jamaican sea moss.

To make sea moss juice we first need to prepare and cleanse our dried sea moss and soak it overnight (10-12 hours). Blend well on high – soaked 10 ounces of sea moss stems with 30 ounces of water, I am using soaked sea moss water 50% and 50% regular drinking water. Once you are happy with the consistency of your sea moss juice, pour in your drinking glass and enjoy.

But sea moss is tasteless. I like to add some flavor to my sea moss juice, like a slice of lime or coconut water. You can add whatever flavor you like.

Sea Moss Juice Recipe

Ingredients

  1. Sea Moss 10 oz
  2. Sea Moss Soaked Water 15 oz
  3. Drinking Water 20 oz
  4. Lime Slice for flavoring

Methods

  1. Clean Sea Moss
  2. Soak Sea Moss for 10-12 hours
  3. Blend Soaked Sea Moss with water

Water Ratio: 40% Sea Moss Soaked Water + 60% regular drinking water. You can definitely experiment with the water ratio to your liking and taste.
